Returns:
- We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email address] with your order number, proof of purchase, and the reason for the return.
- All returns must be made in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
Exchanges:
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately of receiving your order. We’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged.
Exceptions:
- Due to safety and hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned. Neither products which “best before date” has passed.
